C&K plans store closures amid bankruptcy 


C&K Market has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and says it will sell or close about one-third of stores, which are in Oregon and Northern California. The company cites expansion of discount stores, specifically Wal-Mart Stores and Costco Wholesale

they are closing the Rays Food Place here in Redmond and Bend, Oregon but keeping the ones in Prineville, Sisters and La Pine. about 100 people losing their jobs :(
