He will be leading a select group of highly trained butchers and working directly with Georgia's greatest pork, lamb, and beef farmers. Also, he will be involved with developing new charcuterie products and cuts for our meat counter, supplying high end meats to Atlanta's top restaurants and chefs, breaking down whole animals, assisting with teaching and training in weekly classes.
