I think I spotted about 9 violations, produce under meat and chicken, chicken within 3 feet of another product. boxes of product on the bare floor. Inspector here would have a coronary.

Pretty awesome though.

 I wouldn't worry about any of those so called violations, but it is fun to try to spot them.

I'd like to know how he gets skirt steaks from that hind quarter. He probably just miss spoke.
