This is what a Wall Street investor and the executives would say...

Where's all the pre-pack??!

How ever will they make payroll without pre-pack??!

How could they possibly survive paying more than two meat-cutters per day??!

Oh the impossibility!

Today I got a chance to visit with Mr. Keith Clark owner/ operator of

Keith has been around the grocery business for many years, he runs a good store. He has one of the larger IGA's in Georgia. Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Keith has cut a little meat over the years and his hand shake will let you know it. It's a GOOD one.

Club members this young giant is his Market Manager Justin Pledger, I would have like to had him around in my hanging beef days lol

 I will tell them how.  By filling it with nice fresh meat that people want to buy because it didn't  come from a warehouse.
