Where's all the pre-pack??! How ever will they make payroll without pre-pack??! How could they possibly survive paying more than two meat-cutters per day??! Oh the impossibility!

Today I got a chance to visit with Mr. Keith Clark owner/ operator of
Keith has been around the grocery business for many years, he runs a good store. He has one of the larger IGA's in Georgia.
Keith has cut a little meat over the years and his hand shake will let you know it. It's a GOOD one.
Club members this young giant is his Market Manager Justin Pledger, I would have like to had him around in my hanging beef days lol
Now meet the other guys there, Shane Lloyd, Frank James Saylors, Miles Hooker and Justin
Justin and the guys keep a Great Looking counter
They had to much traffic for me to get any close shot of the cuts
IF you ever get down to Rome, Georgia Stop in and meet Keith and the gang

I will tell them how. By filling it with nice fresh meat that people want to buy because it didn't come from a warehouse.
