Question,, Is it just me or is it. As I call Efficient at Efficiency Vs Black and white.

Being younger cutters or even older ones dont have any pride into their work. Or as i call also, in store promotion = Let`s just do what lease we can for there isnt going to be pay raises- making the job easier by cutting sales. VS Upper Management that dont have any care to the workers or understanding. For dealing with the Public there is sometimes Gray, No matter what business your in.

One as too the Just Black and white,,, that end I do understand how upper management thus come back with the Just Black and white approach-management or YEAH, this is very well how it all got started in the first place. Where the Employee just became a number, thus lets just to the lease we can attitude from the worker.

I am ready to kill this approach as too doing business... there is got to be a better way?

IF, IF anyone here understand this and looking too get a smaller operation going. or A Niche market, looking for a Meat Man from Farm too consumer . Note, I have a new Beef product I like to bring to the Market or IF, you just need a Merchandiser that already on the ground operation. Call me PLEASES.
