I met David and Ashley today, This couple was born to cut and sell meat.
David started when he was 14 in a meat processing plant, has worked a few Chain Store Meat Markets, had his own butcher shop in South Carolina.
Came back to Ellijay, Ga. and opened a beautiful USDA Slaughterhouse. Ashley works side by side with him, she can cut meat but she is the front end Manager mostly, talking orders and getting them out.
