FREE copies of Beef Cuts, Primal & Subprimal Weights and Yields


The Product Enhancement program is offering FREE copies of Beef Cuts, Primal & Subprimal Weights and Yields (low-res attached) a new 12-page, 4-color booklet, 8 ½” x 11”. 

 

This booklet is a valuable tool for anyone interested in better understanding estimated cutout, weights or yields for a beef carcass to better communicate with customers. This is a one-time print projectand will be available after this print run only as a PDF on www.beefresearch.org in the Product Enhancement section.
