How many cuts can you merchandise

I've seen it sold as a roast, marinated roast, chops, stir fry, kabobs, cube steak, pork scallopini, country style ribs, ground pork, cut in thin marinated strips and sold on skewers. It's wrong, but a restaurant in my area got caught selling it for veal scallopini about 10 years ago. Does that count as one? You could butterfly it real thin and stuff/roll it with sausage inside, pork fajitas (marinated stir fry with vegetables). add fat and make any number of bulk or stuffed sausages (Italian, Chorizo, Sage, hot Italian, breakfast links, breakfast patties)

pork kabobs with peppers/onions

slice into bnls pork ribs-marinate in chinese sauce for chinese pork ribs

slice thin, coat with italian spices/breading for italian pork cutlets

cook three different marinated flavors of bnls pork ribs- and place in hot food warmer, or display cold from the meatcase with a heatnserve sticker

combo -pack- cutlets, rubs, roast, ground pork, sausage, bnls ribs, pork tips,,,any combo of these

pork sirloin tips - and marinated pork sirloin tips

pulled pork- place in slow cooker, with pork loin trimmings ,,,,, when cooked,,,mix in your favorite sauce or just bbq sauce for pulled pork-place in one lb deli containers

run cutlets thru cuber as femalecutter said- then cover with chopped red/green peppers...for pork pepper steaks

grind for extra-lean ground pork,,, or sausage...if you use casings,,then make some sausage kabobs

tie two together, for a rotisserrie pork roast

split down the middle-filet out the sides, place some provolone cheese and spinach, roll for pork roast florentine

do the same with swiss cheese/ham for pork cordon bleu roast

place in freezer for a while,,,then slice on the slicer for shaved pork
