          Rose's specializes in whole animal butchery, utilizing every part of the animals nose to tail. We only buy and sell local and sustainable products and we fully support our NC farmers. In addition to being a butcher shop we also have your sweet tooth covered. We have seasonal fruit driven desserts as well as fresh baked bread and other confections. Look for us this summer and our pop up dinners in the triangle area
