The Alleghany Highlands Agricultural Center, a year-old USDA-inspected slaughter facility, seeks a highly motivated, people-oriented manager. The manager will oversee day to day business operations and the marketing of products and services for both the processing facility and the live animal marketing components of th...e Center. 3-5 years of workplace experience (or equivalent education) required. That job would more than likely require a Associate of Applied Science in Meat Processing and Food Safety.

I wondered why that wasn't on the ad

I can tell you that is a beautiful area not far from the blue ridge mountains or sherandoah national park. I used to live near there. I miss that area.
