I especially like the Hand and shoe disinfectant machines. I would just love to have one of each of those.  You can never be too careful with germs

I don't even know what some of those machines are.

2nd row middle picture is a great machine. It's a mixer and tumbler with vacuum. I had one from Germany also, what a great machine for a small store. We would mix all our fresh and smoke sausage in it. I looks a lot different when you mix under vacuum and taste better. We would then use it for black forest ham, load it up, set the clocks and push it in the cooler. In the morning hams are ready to net and smoke. I still miss that machine, i sold it after 18 years and got 1/3 of what i paid. Mine was made by Glass and never had any issues at all.

@55plymouth. Could you elaborate on how a vacuum mixer is better for fresh sausage? I've been thinking of getting a larger mixer but hadn't consider a vacuum-type, I thought they were only for tumbling blocks of meat.

It really does a good job of letting the spice penetrate the meat. We would do our fresh sausage and it looks fluffier or thicker, it absorbs the water and spice really, really good. We would use it also for smoke sausage. Our ham kielbasa had ham chunks in it, we would tumble 15 minutes and the ham piece would be totally cured. We also made Weisswurst sausage that is pre-cooked. You draw vacuum on it and then when you put them in the cook tank, they would sink rather than float on top of the water. I dont know of any north american builders, this is a european thing. Mine looked like the one on this website.
