Ronnie and Cathy's daughter has GoodPasture's Syndrome, an Autoimmune Disease and will need a kidney transplant, They got the call after I left and she is to go in next week I think, If you believe in the power of prayer I HOPE you will keep her in your prayers

ALL the years you been in this business you NEVER seen green steak paper ??? WOW

 These are the most common colors of steak paper and what they are used for:

• Pink is typically used for pork, poultry and fish. Pink steak paper complements the hue of the meat and also preserves freshness.
• Black is used to display higher quality beef such as angus. Black makes a sophisticated impact and conveys the “prime” quality of high-grade steaks.
• Green offers a nice contrast against the bright color of steak and other cuts of beef. The bold shade of green never varies from specific color that has been used for years.
• Peach helps make the pink tint of pork, poultry, fish look even whiter, while helping preserve freshness.

Ive seen it used in Michigan as well. I used it mostly in the NY metro area.... wrapped I-round roasts with it as well as using it pretty much for everything else in a service counter. I preferred black only because of the contrast that it gave to both veal and pork and yes it was usually used to denote CAB products also. Peach, however, did wonders for preserving the color of meat but I believe it is a little more pricier than white, black or green. Not quite sure what is used in the peach paper to have that effect, certainly couldn't of been peaches!...lol.
