Hello, I am a Culinary Arts teacher in Hartford Ct. Can anyone help me locate some meat fabrications posters for FREE! Thankssmile

I use to get many "beef made easy" beef posters from national cattlemans beef association
now its beefretail.com or org
they have many downloads, even video clips on primal breakdowns and recipes, and media/pics, etc.

porkboard.com or org also has pork posters

both sites have them to download and print- tho you can ask to have mailed to you-not sure if they still do

most states have a "beef board" do an online search, and ask them for any p.o.s. materials/brochures and posters
you might be surprised
