This one day workshop will cover all areas of sustainably farming withducks, including breed selection, hatching and husbandry, harvesting and processing, and cooking. This will be an interactive workshop with ample opportunity for Q&A. A gourmet lunch will be provided, featuring different methods of preparing duck. Additionally, we will haveduck meat, duck eggs, ducklings,andbreeding pairsfor sale.
Registration is $115.00 before May 1st , then increases to $135. Space will be limited to 20 participants.
