Hello, I am Berry Salinas~the Butcher and Cook behind the name. For nearly ten years I've been working passionately in the world of sustainable farming and foods. I own a company called Meat Revolution that turns the finest pasture raised pork into the best bacons, sausages and cured meats you have ever had. In opening the Chicken Shack I hope to bring all of my skills in farming, food and butchery under this one 480 sq. ft. roof! I'm converting an old bus depot in the arts district of Santa Rosa Ca. into my dream restaurant. I am paying for the rebuild with my own money and have a very strict budget so the wopping cost of the exhaust hood fabrication and instillation came as a bit of a shock. I am seeking your help to assist me in funding the build of this hood system and helping to make this dream a reality! I live to feed the world good food and I hope I can cook something up for you all real soon!

What I Need & What You Get

I am seeking funds for the cost of the required hood system for the new restaurant in the amount of $6500. Without this hood I cannot move forward with the opening so I have a lot riding on this one area. I am offering some really fun perks for your generous support and don't forget~EVERYTHING HELPS! Bacon! Butchering demos! There is something for everyone! All donors names will be permanently placed on the "Butcher & Cook Wall of Thanks" and I hope you can all come in some day and place the date next to your name.
