Responsibilities include fabrication of whole carcass beef, pork, lamb and goat into primal, sub-primal and retail cuts as well as supervision of cutting and packaging floor. Candidates must have experience in whole carcass fabrication as well as retail cutting. Thomas Brothers Meat Processing is a small, USDA-inspected meat processing plant located in beautiful North Wilkesboro, NC. The plant is located less than an hour from Boone and Winston-Salem.
