This is a video of the new meat shop, the Chop Shop opening in my home town of Dalton, Ga. They let me in to shoot this as they are still working on it, I get to do another after there Grand Opening.
The phone is already ringing off the hook and they aren't even open yet!
Really nice looking shop. Everything is so clean and new. I'm looking forward to seeing it when it does open.
3 sinks! At least one has 3 sections. That should help make the inspector happy. They should turn the grinder to face the customers. People love to watch the meat come out.
The counters look great to the customer, but for us, I think they are too low. Hard to remove items. Especially ones at the front. But I admit it's more important for it to look as good as possible for the customer.
