She is now the proud owner of her own organic restaurant
It's an old bus depot building, little under 500 square feet. She will be building out the inside and kitchen because it is completely empty, It will be a "take out" joint, only a couple of seats outside. One of the great things about having her restaurant is that she can have a deli case and sell her own bacon, lunch meats, sausages out of the restaurant. She will be selling fried chicken, bbq and sandwiches, all from meats made on site and local farmed produce
