Just came back from a trip to Mexico and thought that some of you would like to see some pics of how the everyday people of Mazatlan shop for their meat.
Very nice to see and appreciate. We in the states have gotten away from a good thing...shopping every day, and apprectiating "fresh" meats for what they are.
Thanks for posting the neat pictures! That's how a market should be. I see about 50 things that could get you written up at Safeway (California). A lot of interesting things in the pictures. A cup in/near the top left corner of a shut door. What's it for? A knife or very thin steel stuck upright in the block. No gloves. Dangerous looking wires. Yes, the old grinder. Where's the sanitizer buckets LOL? Everyone's apron is very clean.
