Shane learned his trade from his father, bought his own butchery when he finished his apprenticeship, has owned , managed, and worked in his shop, Hill Street Gourmet Meats for the last 28 years. He is West Hobarts, Hobart, Tasmania only and longest serving Butcher. 

Photobucket The winner of National Sausage king 2011, 2012 National Sausage king and many other awards, AMIC 2006 Sausage King awards,  2008 and 9 State Sausage King awards, Best Tassie Butcher’s Burger Competition in 2007.
