Frozen Import

I wanted to mention something about frozen import. I use it all the time and what I use comes from Australia or New Zealand. We got in some that came from the East Coast USA and to tell you truth, it wasn't worth a crap. What I get in from Aust/NZ comes wrapped in plastic, and the meat I got in from the East Co company wasn't. Meat looked dull and cardboard stuck to the meat. I went ahead and ground it up and didn't last 2 days. Is this the norm for frozen beef here in the states? I like using the frozen import cause it holds up  better than ready ground.

RE: Frozen Import

Sorry for the dark blue print. I thought I had a lighter shade.
