Are you looking for one like the picture shows? I own one that looks just like that.  Not sure of the model number, I have it in storage in the Portland, Oregon area.  Great condition, course and fine plate and knife, foot pedal, it is a mixer/grinder 50# hopper, Hobart. I may consider selling. Drained turbine oil for storage (thats the kind of oil that lubes the chain for the mixer part). It is a 3 phase though so if it is for your home shop you will have to look into a power invertor to generate that third leg. Came out of a major retailer from a remodel.    works great!!!! at least the last time it was plugged in.
