We own a 400 acre camp in Yellow Springs, Ohio. I struggle to find quality cooks who can feed up to 250 people a week for eight weeks in the summer. We have used a dining service for the past three years. However, I feel we could serve better meals with quality cooks. We are willing to pay a competitive salary for two cooks and can provide free housing.
If you have any ideas where I might be able to advertise or locate quality cooks who can order food from Gordon Food Service and prepare meals, I would appreciate it. We employ a dining hall steward and assistance with serving. We just need two quality cooks for the summer.
