I would also like to see a vacuum sealer so that I can positively seal the most expensive boneless roasts. 28" by 18" bags would be nice.
I would also like permission to transfer one of my clerks to the damaged/recovery department, and re-classify my SLOW working meat-clerk to maybe cheese and fish clerk, so that I can get another meat-clerk hired.
a 15 year contract with: a level playing field for all employees, yearly pay increases( no lump sum payment *bonus* checks, improved accountability for management to curb harassment. and more clearly defined position responsabilities and better health benefits...Also, a signifigant increase in customer volume, so we can pruge the threshold of actually to make available hours beyond the skeleton crew mentality.
