How many ever sold this?  wonder what it taste like

10 clove garlic bacon. Its bacon smoked with hickory and maple hardwoods, and precooked with at least 10 cloves of garlic per slab.

Don't feel like a stranger, I haven't seen it before but did hear of it some years back.

 

Jayroller67, I been meaning to bring some pictures off face book to the board, those French cutters can doll up some meat. Thought I would post a few that some one here might want to try

it wouldn't be that difficult to make, just toss in a handful of garlic cloves into your brine: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/110799/pops6927s-wet-curing-brine

Add some maple extract also, and/or garlic too!
