Turkey/Prime Rib/Tenderloin "cook sheets"

We have some of these on file that my store has used in the past years.  Trouble is, I looked them over and disagree with some of the information.  I plan to just browse online for certain recipies that my customers can use, but I am looking specifically for a run down, basic list of instructions that anyone can follow instead of scrutinized sizes of salt and seasonings - just "how to cook".

My question is - do you offer a "recipe" sheet to your customers or a basic "how to cook" sheet with time and temperature?

RE: Turkey/Prime Rib/Tenderloin "cook sheets"

We don't supply something like that, well we do for Christmas Ducks.

We do our individually recommends at my job. We look at a piece of meat and tell the costumer how to cook it.
We do all ways tell them what the temperature in center should be when they take it out of the oven, and what it should be when they cut it after resting.

The reason why we do this is because we sell a lot of different meats and cuts, and the size also changes. And finally we have our own preferred way of cooking, some of us like to roast on pan before putting in oven. Some like to cook with high temperatures, some low.

So we all ways do it individually, and we never have complains about it.

I allways tell people to learn there oven to know, so they know how it heats and where in the oven is best.
