I buy primals from them
they have 2 lines prepacked
and either primal, splits, or wrapped wholes

When I can't get local lamb I use it also, very nice product.

Thank you for the comments. And to fdarn, to answer your question, all of our lamb is not packed like the pictures you see here. That packaging is typically just for meat cases, but we cryovac primals, sub-primals, and further cuts. Also, we do box, we can accomadte your needs. We have a customer or two now and then who want lamb caul fat, but our lamb supplier Reichman (sp?) can only get pork caul fat. Riechman does carry some Superior products such as lamb shanks and probably a lot more. Riechman sends us fresh carcass California lamb.

 

Anyway, do you sell lamb caul fat and why can't Reichman get it if they sell some Superior products?

I buy mine full carcass from a farmer/rancher about 24 miles from our stores. It's top notch and I guess you'd call it local. What is the current hundred weight pricing on live lamb from Superior?
