While I was talking about the job situation, I said there's not many jobs for meat cutters in my area. That may not be 100% correct.

I wish I had said that there's not many good jobs. I mean good union jobs. There's probably a lot of openings for low paying non union jobs. No medical, dental, vision, job security (assuming you want it), vacation.

no bad, I agree sound could be better. Burgermeister you did good, remember after the fact we all would have did something a little differ.  I did notice in the post,  Some states have more opportunities for meat cutters, that Cal. was a above average state for meat cutters, maybe they counting some of the jobs you talking about. the mean wage was $30,110.00 so I take it that is union jobs ?
