our backgrounds are similar...from outlaw to sheriff, from all the old bad habits that meat departments had 30-40 years ago, to being the boss, responsible for very strict policies, and all the hard knocks in between, but fortunately, I wasnt in the tough crowd, you were in, we didnt have the union tensions.
THanks Maine, and Leon. I do agree we have a lot in common. I also think you will both agree that the meat business is a lot more ethical nowadays than back when we started, and puts out a product superior to that of the 60s and 70s thanks to the evolution that has taken place.
