Well its Summer time again. Time to pull out all the stops and increase the sales. We have 2 major Campgrounds and a huge theme park where I'm at and I love it. I keep my cases full at all times because the campers come in at all times looking for steaks, chops,ribs, and chicken. Last year my lil meat shop broke the record in meat sales and this year we are on pace to shatter that. Keep the case full and TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS and you won't go wrong.
One thing I need to say is, I havr to apologize foe being absent lately. Besides working at the store, cutting grass on the side, and Scouting, it takes most of my time.
