Fact is, the meat cutter trade- Professional Cutter was it`s un-doing, NOT From the cutter himself !

Grocery chains, didnt like the FACT they had to have them, Down Right Hate too the Profession.
For, NO Meat Department, No Grocery store. Time was the Meat Dept. was the Hub of the Store.
Some of Us did over use that Power. lol ,, having right away to coolers and or have other in store departments. to move our trash for us. For, and IF, We went on strike, the store would be shut down.

So, then it was set out to have it killed off, by means of per-cutting. Mostly from illegal Labor.

Radiation, was for the most part the finial Nail.

I was a Cattle raiser for 17 years and then a cutter for 13. Goal in my start 1989 was To be the best, After a year, learning this was a dead trade to learn. AS SET NOTE YOU.

But, I kept at it, To learn as many different shops as possible. Which i felt i gained and Then Radiation was passed in 2000. Time to go for me, To learn the next trade .

In-order to, Bring back the Old, In New style. By Opening a Grocery Store and Restaurant- Entertainment center. All, Couple with a Ranch and Farm operation. So, Have supply and Clean products.

FOR, The Industry of the Grocery Chains HAVE , Really missed things up in Customer Service and Quality Products. Customers Would be shocked to see OLD Style Service.

A VERY strong NEED, Needs to go out on EDUCATION the Consumer and what they are really getting. Pink Slime, Radiation, What and where E-coli comes from, down to GMO`s the whole works.

LETS , PUSH for GOVERNMENT To Label Products and what go into them. IT is Good for the Industry From Producers to the Skilled labors, that is needed to get to the Right way of do things.
