For all of you that have been waiting for an update the news is not good. Karagen has a very fast growing aggresive type of cancer. She has a lot of it in her brain, and the doctor said that this kind of cancer, usually starts in the brain and leaks into the spine. He cannot explain why the tumor on her spine is so massive. He is one of the leading doctors in the nation for this kind of cancer. He has written many articles on this type and has written articles against treatment. He says that the amount of chemo required to kill the brain cancer is extremely dangerous. It was suggested and Jon and Crystal have decided to go ahead and do chemo followed by radiation on Friday and Monday. After that is unknown. It depends on how she responds. The doctor has given her a 20-25% chance of living. Jon and Crystal do not want her to suffer. If you have ever prayed, be in constant prayer now. This has been very hard on our family. We just lost another family member, my aunt, in Dec. from brain cancer. We love all of you and covet your prayers.
