Any one got any new ideals for summer cook out section or what are you going to be trying to push? __________________

chef's cut or petite sirloins, from top butt-these are good to marinade too bottom sirloin flap meat for loin or steakhouse tips shoulder tenders (terras majors) are good to grill chinese pork ribs bnls chicken breasts -you can marinade 100 different ways kabobs- dont forget sausage kabobs- or sausage bomb kabobs with onions/peppers bnls chicken thighs- again, many different marinades with a vac sealer, you can put an 18 day shelf life on the product __________________ Old Meatmen get better when "Aged"

Terras majors great for kabobs or as a london broil.mix a little salsa with some grind make a 6 oz pattie with a sprig of cilantro.I tried mixing shreaded cheese chedar to my patties sold ok.Marinate a butterflyed lamb leg for the weekend same with flank steak __________________

I've been wanting to do up some beer can burgers--but nobody in the store will trust me with a full beer can! __________________
