Thanks for your kind words and support. I would like to mention my boss Ivan Davis who is and owns grizzlys he is kind enough to pay me and let me off the leash once and a while , there are not many like him so I wanted to make sure he was mentioned..

Hi John, great looking shop you got there, my brother taught me off that funny looking stuff on the rail  lol  what you call that  o yea swinging beef lol my hat off to you sir for beening able to cut that.

we also do alot of pigs, lamb and buffalo we also have a BIG wild game farm/park so we get red deer ,elk, camel our boss is on the state board of the D.E.C  and hunter know to bring us bear and moose. we kill and cut just about anything you can imagine. I am aware at 32 to have this wonderful welth of knowledge passed on to me if your ever in western ny meat pimp stop in and we'll talk

from the name I thought i was going to see swinging bear on the hook . I was going to ask whats the taste like. all kidding aside thats a nice looking shop .
