For you that are looking for

For you that are looking for a good vacuum tumbler, you may want to check up on this one.

The Marinade Express is a retail model that sells for $299.00.

But the similar commercial model is shown here http://www.marinator.com and comes with a 10# and a 20# capacity drum. $650.00 plus shipping.

About 750 out in grocery Meat markets the past two years.

RE: For you that are looking for

the vacuum has more of an affect on red meat- the pores will open up like a sponge and the marinade will sink down in deep or all the way thru the steaks

before ordering this-here's a bit of advice-double check that the cover is under warranty, that they will replace it-free of charge -usually up to 6 months to a year- thats what usually goes first is the cover, also if the drum falls and breaks, how much is it to replace? (or under warranty)

these are slick units

adding water to some dry spices/seasonings is another pay back- twice as much marinades will be sucked into the meats (more so steaks and pork than chicken) so you are selling much more marinades at a decent price per lb
