I havent seen any of the places-but then again, im up in maine-I do like the encased artifacts
I do have an item, that would fit in the case, an old timer gave me it years ago, it's called an eagle's claw, it's an aluminum ring you wear on your finger, with a sharp blade (hence, the claw) it was used to cut twine efficiently-
never seen any of them either but there is some nice ones there. the ring you talking about I think I seen on a old post when I first came to the site and was going through the old post
have never seen those signs over her, as for the claw for cutting twine i have two of them the best thing ever if you have alot to tie. the one i have say's the handy knife co. ohio on it.
the only thing you have to be carefull ofis when you take it off to put it in your pocket, one of our lads had to open 10 bag's of diced beef to find his one after leaving it on the table . he did'nt do that again .
Moocow, you are from Ireland??? I was just viewing the cliffs of moher on youtube- looks awesome, would love to visit there someday (I hear the beer is good too) My mother's side of the family is Irish (O'conner)
