Nice job in the ad. I love CAB. Don't know about that double your money back offer. People lwill take advantage. What are the certain restrictions? Receipt? Must bring back unused product? Do you weigh it and only refund the returned part?
I'm sure that you didn't mean it this way, but because customers live in lower income areas it dose not make them more dishonest than people who live in a higher income areas.
18 years ago when we first opened Super K Mart in Lorain, Ohio we offered double money back and we took a beating.
We had a group of people who were buying whole tenders cutting them in half and bringing them back saying they were too fat.
Double the money back no questions asked.
In the trenches we knew were getting ripped off but it was a corporate rule and could not be changed even at the store director level.
You can only imagine what this did to the percentages.
