When I started managing in October the GP was 8%. Nov I brought it up to 12%. Dec we stood at 18%. January we came in at 25%. Not bad . Thanks guys and gals for all your advice and help here on the Meat Cutters Club. Going on vacation in Feb and coming back on the 29th, just in time to do Feb's inventory. Hope the guys can keep up the great work.

I like the over/under case-have recommended them alot-they give the best of both worlds (full and self service)
The self service case- I like the black accent on color. and not too many shelves above the well- the 3 shelves display the product very well(ive seen multi-decks with 5 shelves, plus the well, it sometimes it doesnt display the product well-for fresh meats
That round aluminum catch basin- I learn to wrap with one just like that
