I have been a sausage maker for 40 years and have done very little cold smoking.

I have some cold water wild salmon coming in in two weeks and I intend on cold smoking some of it and making jerky from some of it.

I checked out your website and it has already answered most of my questions.

Thats great. Coldsmoking is really the purist of the pure ways to smoke as it doesn't cook the meat it just adds flavour. I do love hot smoking or smoke roasting on the BBQ too because the flavours are just great. do keep checking back to my website and blog. I hope you find it interesting.

I can play at that game too!  I take pictures just about everytime I am cooking at work... sometimes at home...
