Been ask for market made Beef Sausage


Here is a suggestion

use the breakfast sausage/or sweet italian mix as you would use for pork sausage-but use some on ground chuck (or 80%)

then form into patties
I use to make fresh beef sausage in the casings and it looked great!

here is a video how to make burger patties-will also work for the sausage patties-the plastic patty maker works very well!

used to make westren beef brats!  20 # tempered chuck 2 bags of frozen  pepper and onion mix sweet itialan seasoning large can of musroom pieces must have chuck icy cold or pepper,onions and musrooms will turn it dark!!
