Great video!  It brings back some memories. I never had a power saw to take a rib off a forequarter though, always used a hand saw.....

I got to learn off it some, I hit the tail end, we used hand saw also

I bet the injuries now are nothing like the old days. I saw one guy taken to the hospital with his hand in part of the grinder that went with him. Another lost a finger, was out for 8 weeks, and the week he came back lost another finger, and he was an  experienced old timer. 

I severed tendons several times and did lose the tip of my middle finger on the band saw once.

Be careful out there!
