i'm new here and don't post much but for the time I been here, I want to say that this is very good site, I think the only one of it's kind that I know of. I have notice in my short time here that everyone here is very nice, gives good advice to questions. I like to read what others say, I've learn a lot of things from this site and from all the articles and stuff on the other pages. I feel that as long as this site is here and the people in it meat cutting will been around for a long time.  anyway thats my thoughts
