Tesco struggles to find the right U.S. strategy


Well I'm not surprised ,as I mentioned in another post Tesco are to big for their boots,their market shares are 12% down in the last quarter and the christmas sales where down 8% ,now if you times that by the size of the company,,,,,,that's a lot of money missing from their tills.
The bigger you are the harder you fall.

Tesco struggles to find the right U.S. strategy
Tesco launched the first Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market store in the U.S. with great fanfare five years ago, but the U.K. supermarket chain has struggled since as it tries to find the right recipe for success in America. The chain recently said it will close 12 underperforming stores and open 25 locations in more affluent areas. The Guardian (London)
