I got reminded today about something I use to cut years ago, was wondering if any of you have or do

airline chicken breast

i believe it is. how about whole chicken breast boned and stuffed with the skin on.

Stuffed Thighs can sell well too- skin on or skinless-sprinkle some parseley and paprika on top for added eye appeal

you can stuff a half chicken breast too- make a pocket along the breast rib bones and stuff-these are great for live-alones and single-servings

chicken cordon bleu's sell well too- take a half bnls breast-butterfly - stuff with a slice of ham and swiss cheese-then roll in breading
