I'm wondering if anyone retails duck breast proscuitto. I make it at home routinely and got to thinking it would be super easy to retail, though expensive. So, if anyone does sell it, how to you retail it? Packaging? Price points? Etc. I know what I'd have to sell it at but could use some additional experience information.
