A1Butcher first attempt with BIOS Bullet Cam HD 5.0..camera mounted to his wrist wrist cutting steaks.

I really like this cam, it could be a big help in helping our younger cutters learn our trade

@ribeye1877...  Those are just for our freezer stock. We go through about 600-1000 pieces of 6oz E/E every week.
