I'm the big guy, with my apprentice at the time.  It's not quite as fun down here in South Carolina but at least there ain't no .99 whole bone in pork loin crap new years week to snap out about,...just lots and lots of smoked hog jowls, yay!

I like how you have flatened boxes on the floor instead of floor mats. It makes clean up easier.
