Is it just me or is Christmas the most stressful holiday for selling meat? More special orders every year! and now my suppliers are out of export ribs!
honestly i am kind of enjoying how they are picking up so many of my standing rib roasts i was a little worried about them but they are selling really good this week i wish they would buy a few of the other cuts though. ..what really stressed me out this week was I came to work monday morniing to find my case empty I guess it broke down again and was down all night ..we threw it all out I started over fresh when the repair guy fixed it. The boss asked me if I wanted to sort through the buggys of meat they pulled before i got there I said "No way. Let me start over fresh and try to get the insurance to take care of that." Also my li8ttle turkey freezer decided to go out of order this week too I can't display my turkeys (sigh) I was hoping to get rid of more of them this week. I got a sign up telling customers to ask if they want a turkey. This has been a rough month the friday before last I had an accident and had to go to E.R> where I sat for 3 and a half hours before they just wrapped my finger and sent me back. its been a rough month for sure.
Are you saying Sherwood is out of boneless lip ons? I was off today but i ordered 3 cases yesterday i wonder if they came in.

si es un grandisimo estres dan, pero te dire una cosa si te sirve de consuelo ayer jueves entro a trabajar alas 8:00 salgo a 15:00 2º turno alas 17 :00 hasta la 1:00 am y hoy viernes reggreso alas 7 :00 am y salgo aas 15 :00 y el 2º turno de 17:00 a 00:15 los pedidos de navidad son muchisimos , asados , pavos ,, pollos deshuesados , tenderloins , striploins, cordero lechal,poulardas . faisanes y aves exoticas foie grass en fin un monton de articulos de verdadero lujo somos 3 personas en a plantilla normalmente y estos dias somo 6 persona y no podemos con el trabajo saludos desde españa amigo mio y que pasen una feliz navidad !
