No, with turkey prices over a buck its hard to get a decent gross, would have to get a buck and a half for drums and thighs my customers won't pay that let alone 99 cents for backs.
no we got pre packaged parts already in...kinda nice but the $$ isn't that good.....selling drums & thighs for 2.29lb...just about sold out of them too!!!!
